Yobo Yo is the eldest of his siblings, Opso, Popo and Mogo. As an artist, he loves to paint, deconstruct and rebuild anything he can get his hands on. He also likes to create costumes for his family and friends. The more fantastical, the better.
Yobo loves it when his pet dragon, Deeogee, gets fired up. Together, they are a perfect balance of destruction and creation.
Opso Yo is a space nerd and has dreams of going to Space Camp and ultimately becoming an astronaut, despite being claustrophobic. Her favorite teachers are the Oles who teach earth science, astronomy, chemistry and mathematics at Pochemuchka School in O'ville. When she's not reading a book or playing board games, she's exploring and mapping out O'ville with her friends.
She is very competitive but quite absent-minded, so her trusty sidekick, Epo, the ladybug, comes to her rescue more often than Opso would care to admit... that is, if she could actually remember...
Popo Yo is an undercover mathematical and musical genius. When he discovers a new favorite song, he plays it on repeat for weeks, driving his family crazy.
Popo's and Rawr's dedication to righting the wrongs of the world border on superhero-esque. Part of his quest to share trivia is to uncover the unknown and the forgotten. He is always ready with follow-up questions, "Why?" being his favorite.
Popo's best friend is Rawr, a three-legged dinosaur who is his primary confidant, after his brother and sisters, of course. Many ask how Rawr came to have three legs... he was born that way!
Mogo Yo is the youngest of four who loves to dance, eat and cook! She likes to sing too, but only in front of her sidekick, Crumple, her hippo.
Crumple is always grumpy because, like Mogo, he is always hungry. Crumple is Mogo's taste tester but he likes everything she feeds him! Good thing her best friend, Nom Yum, has a tongue that can distinguish the good cupcakes from the great ones!
JoJo Yum wants to be a baker and a marathoner like her older sister Nom and their mother who runs in at least ten marathons every year.
Ace Yum is very proud of his yellow belt in karate and always wears his gi.
JoJo and Ace cheer their sister and mother on at every marathon finish line with cupcakes!
When Jim Bot Jr. grows up, he wants to run the family business, Duende's Conservation, with his best friend and cousin, La Duende, but La has other plans.
Jim was named after his father but goes by Junior. He likes to work with his hands. One of his specialties is weaving straw hats, a craft he learned from his Nana.
Junior loves comedy but is the worst at telling jokes but that doesn't stop him. One of his favorite teachers is Mx. Tarkus because she is always ready with a knock-knock joke.
Ja Yi is a collector of many things... paper, rocks, coins, stickers, maps, books and anything related to time.
Ja's sister, Kai, wants her to start a collector's club but Ja prefers to be on her own. Ja spends hours organizing her things and hopes to improve her curatorial skills to one day have a whole room dedicated to her collections at Muze, O'ville's art, culture and history museum. Ja's current obsession is with origami.
Aliyah & Laylah Stuy are poets. So far, they've only shared their poetry with their bunny, Pocket. They are nervous about what their sister, Femi, might think of their poems, as they respect her opinion.
Aliyah and Laylah want to publish their first book of poetry with the hopes of seeing it on the bookshelves of Maktaba Library. They also dream of performing their poetry at the Kalpa Performing Arts Center in O'ville.
Sven Ole loves to play soccer so much that he convinced his mother to be his coach. When he's not babysitting his younger brother and sister (Odin and Freya), Sven is practicing soccer in a field at Pochemuchka School, Wei Wu Wei Park or at the indoor soccer field at Zabava Rec Center in O'ville.
La Duende wants to sail around the world, taking a different path each time. Her cousin, Jim Bot Jr. wants her to help him run the family business, Duende's Conservation, when they grow up.
La spends most of her time at Gongoozle Lake, perfecting her sailboat and fishing with her little brother, El.
