SONG OF BROOKLYN

Song of Brooklyn is a story of transcendence, where a troubled man cuts through the scars of a broken childhood to find his true self.

I can’t help you… don’t you know 'bout me? 

Dulce' doesn’t hear, doesn't care… she knows him… she always has. She moves closer. Song backs away, holding her at arms length. Rejected and dejected she watches as he retreats to a small chair in a corner by the window.

Looking out through the glass... his face burnished with a neon glow from the signage below…

... I ain't no hero… I’m a failure… a coward…

An old Monte Carlo rattles too much bass from a blown woofer as it glides by.

Dulce' gathers her belongings as Song stares out into… nothing…
